We gladly exchange or refund any orders including sale orders, that are not suitable. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received. Please contact our online team at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorisation number.
The cost of shipping returns is covered by the customer and trackable postage is recommended. We unfortunately cannot process refund for missing items.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Once your return has been deemed eligible, you will receive a confirmation email from our
online team, confirming the refund payment has been actioned. Please allow 1-2 business days for the payment to clear due to bank process times.
